Before You Buy Grande GrandeLASH-MD: Cost Per mL and Who Must Skip It
GrandeLASH-MD is a water-based lash serum that lists isopropyl cloprostenate, a prostaglandin analogue, and comes in 1 mL, 2 mL and 4 mL tubes. The 2 mL, 3-month tube costs $68 at Ulta and Sephora, which is $34.00 per mL.

You pay $34.00 per milliliter (mL) for Grande’s GrandeLASH-MD at list price. The 3-month tube was $68 at both Ulta and Sephora in October 2026. That comes to about $22.67 a month if you follow Grande’s daily schedule.
The ingredient list names isopropyl cloprostenate, a prostaglandin analogue. Grande’s product page says not to use the serum if you’re under 18, pregnant or nursing, or in therapy for glaucoma or cancer. It also doesn’t recommend it if you’ve ever had dry eyes, eye infections, styes or any other eye-related disorder.
Verdict: Fine for Extension Wearers, Wrong for Anyone on Grande’s Skip List
- Verdict: GrandeLASH-MD is a water-based serum for adults who want healthier-looking lashes and will apply it every day for months.
- The flaw: it contains a prostaglandin analogue, and Grande’s warnings cover several groups, from under-18s to anyone who has had dry eyes. Fix: check the full list below before you buy, and skip the serum if you’re on it. If redness or irritation starts later, Grande says to stop using it right away.
- Strengths: Grande says it won’t react with extension glue. Ulta lists it as paraben-free, and the three tube sizes let you start small.
- Who should skip: anyone on the list below. The lash serums category covers other formulas, each with its own label warnings. If you already know you’ll use it past 6 weeks, skip the trial tube. Ulta’s 2 mL tube costs $2.00 less per mL.
Grande Says Skip It If You’re Under 18, Pregnant or Nursing
Grande’s product page says not to use GrandeLASH-MD:
- if you’re under 18
- if you’re pregnant or nursing
- during glaucoma or cancer therapy
- on damaged or irritated skin
The same page doesn’t recommend it if you’ve ever had dry eyes, eye infections, styes or any other eye-related disorder.
If any of these fit you, skip it. If a doctor is managing an eye condition for you, Midwest Dermatology’s page also says to consult your physician.
It Lists Isopropyl Cloprostenate, a Prostaglandin Analogue
Grande names isopropyl cloprostenate in the formula. The full ingredient lists on Midwest Dermatology’s page and Sephora’s page include it too (pages read October 2026). A prostaglandin analogue is a lab-made version of a chemical the body makes on its own.
Midwest Dermatology describes the rest of the formula as “a blend of vitamins, peptides, and amino acids.” Ulta’s 1 mL listing adds that it’s paraben-free.
Three Tube Sizes: 6 Weeks, 3 Months or 6 Months
Grande sells three sizes. The 1 mL trial tube is a 6-week supply, the 2 mL full size lasts 3 months and the 4 mL jumbo lasts 6 months.
The trial tube costs the least up front, which suits a first try. The jumbo suits someone who already plans to keep going.
One-Time Prices Run $34.00 to $39.99 per mL, and Bigger Isn’t Always Cheaper
Ulta and Sephora both list the 2 mL tube at $68: $68 ÷ 2 mL = $34.00 per mL. Ulta ships free over $35 and Sephora ships free to signed-in members, so that’s the lowest one-time price per mL below.
Midwest Dermatology lists the same tube at $65.00, but orders under $100 ship for a flat $8. One tube then costs $73.00, or $36.50 per mL. Its page also says it ships only to Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota and Kansas.
One-time prices, October 2026:
| Retailer | Size (supply) | Price | Per mL | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ulta | 1 mL (6 weeks) | $36.00 | $36.00 | $26.07 |
| FragranceNet | 1 mL (6 weeks) | $39.99 | $39.99 | $28.96 |
| Ulta / Sephora | 2 mL (3 months) | $68.00 | $34.00 | $22.67 |
| Midwest Dermatology | 2 mL (3 months) | $73.00 ($65.00 + $8.00 shipping) | $36.50 | $24.33 |
| FragranceNet | 2 mL (3 months) | $77.99 | $39.00 | $26.00 |
| FragranceNet | 4 mL (6 months) | $142.99 | $35.75 | $23.83 |
The per-month column counts 6 weeks as 1.38 months (42 days ÷ 30.42 days, the average month). FragranceNet’s 1 mL price is before shipping; its page ships free only over $59.
FragranceNet’s 4 mL jumbo, at $35.75 per mL, still costs more per mL than the 2 mL tube at Ulta or Sephora. The trial tube is the most expensive way to buy at Ulta and FragranceNet.
Coupons and subscriptions cut the 2 mL price further. The Ulta and Sephora deals shrink after the first orders; Grande’s 15% applies to every delivery.
| Offer (2 mL) | Price | Per mL | Terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| FragranceNet coupon | $52.25 | $26.13 | Under its $59 free-shipping line |
| Ulta Replenish & Save | $54.40 | $27.20 | 20% off the first order, then 5%; ends 12/31/2026 |
| Sephora Auto-Replenish | $54.40 | $27.20 | 20% off the first 3 orders for new subscribers; ends 12/31/2026 |
| Grande Subscribe & Save | $57.80 (list $68.00) | $28.90 | 15% off every delivery |
FragranceNet’s coupon price is the lowest, but it sits under the site’s $59 free-shipping line, and the page lists no shipping fee. Ulta’s $54.40 first order ships free.
Grande says to apply daily for 3 months, then every other day, and says the serum “requires continued use.” On that schedule, year one uses about 2.5 tubes: one for the first 3 months, then 1.5 for the next 9 at half the doses. At $68 a tube that’s about $170, but tubes come whole, so you’d buy 3 ($204). Daily use all year would take four ($272).

Apply Once a Day, One Stroke Above the Upper Lashes
Grande’s directions say to apply once a day, using one dip into the bottle. Draw a single stroke on the eyelid just above the upper lash line, like liquid eyeliner. Then let it dry for 1-2 minutes.
Grande’s product page adds that one dip covers both upper lash lines. It also gives a longer wait: 2-3 minutes before lying down or putting other products on your eye area. If you apply it at bedtime or before makeup, wait the longer time.
Keep it off the lower lid. Grande does not recommend using it there because the serum can easily get into the eye and cause irritation.
How the schedule changes after month 3 is covered in the every-other-day step for GrandeLASH-MD.
Grande Says It’s Safe With Extensions; Ulta Adds Contacts and False Lashes
Grande says GrandeLASH-MD is safe with lash extensions. Its reason: the formula is water-based and won’t react with extension glue. The contacts and false-lashes claim comes from Ulta’s 1 mL listing, which calls it suitable for use with contact lenses, lash extensions and false lashes.
Grande’s 94%, 91% and 97% Figures Come From a 30-Person Study
Ulta’s 2 mL listing says results show in 4-6 weeks. It calls the serum “ophthalmologist, safety & efficacy tested” (an ophthalmologist is an eye doctor). Midwest Dermatology gives the same timing: lashes “looking healthier in 4-6 weeks.”
The percentage figures rest on one small study. Grande’s directions page says they come from a 12-week consumer study with 30 subjects, and adds “Results will vary.”
Ulta’s listing gives three results from that study: 94%, 91% and 97%. In a group of 30, even the lowest figure, 91%, is about 27 people. Ulta’s listing also mentions 10 third-party studies. The percentages describe the 30 people in that one study.
They don’t promise the same look for your lashes.

FAQ: What Are the Potential Side Effects of Using GrandeLASH-MD Serum?
Grande’s label names redness, irritation or “other unwanted effects,” and says to stop using the serum right away if they appear. If serum gets into your eye, rinse it out at once with cool water. If symptoms persist, Grande and Sephora’s listing both say to seek medical attention and to keep the serum out of reach of children. Check Grande’s skip list above before your first use.
Does the Jumbo Tube Cost Less per mL?
It does at the same store. At FragranceNet, the 4 mL tube is $35.75 per mL against $39.00 for the 2 mL tube. But the 2 mL tube at Ulta or Sephora is cheaper still, at $34.00 per mL at list price.
How Long Before Lashes Look Different?
Ulta and Midwest Dermatology both say 4-6 weeks. Grande’s percentage figures come from a 12-week study, and Grande says results will vary.
